Things to do on your hunt:

  • Harvest 3 Sitka blacktail deer
  • Waterfowl hunting (8 per day and 24 in possession)
  • Late season king salmon and halibut

The areas you will be hunting offer a wide variety of terrain and vegetation. This diversity of habitat combined with relatively mild winters on Kodiak are the main reasons the area supports such a large population of deer. Your typical day starts off with an excellent breakfast on board your vessel, followed by a quick shore transport with our inflatable skiffs to start the day's hunt. We will supply you with a hearty sack lunch. alaska deer huntsWe recommend that everyone hunt with a partner for safety reasons, and we supply handheld radios.
